contain the highest levels of both omega-3 essential
fatty acids (EFA), including EPA and DHA. It has up

consumed fish once or more per week had a 60%
reduced risk in developing Alzheimer’s disease,
compared to patients who rarely ate fish. Brain
cells need adequate levels of DHA to function
